John Scott
Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards had previously fined trainer John Scott $5,000 for breaching HRV Rule 190 (1), for presenting Tunza NZ to race at the Cranbourne harness meeting on 27 June, 2007 with a TCO2 level in excess of the allowable 36.0 mmol/L.
Mr Scott lodged an appeal against the penalty imposed by the Stewards and the tribunal heard this matter on 20 September 2007. The tribunal dismissed the appeal.
