Ohoka Navada NZ - Cranbourne Cup Result
Stewards today heard an objection lodged by the owner of Ohoka Nevada NZ Mr Sam Treccase against the placings declared by the Judge in the 2009 Cranbourne Cup held on 28 November 2009.
Evidence was taken from Mr Steve Hardy - photo finish operator, Lucy McCormick - Harness Racing Victoria Judge and Damian Sheales - Barrister for the connections of Ohoka Nevada NZ.
Stewards adjourned the hearing sine die to afford the connections of first placed horse Bettors Strike NZ the opportunity to present any relevant evidence before giving the matter full consideration.
