Gambling Regulation Act 2003 - Section 2.5.19D
Guidelines for applicants seeking approval to publish harness race fields.
The Victorian Government recently passed legislation amending the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 to create an offence for a wagering service provider to publish, use or otherwise make available Victorian harness race fields without the approval of Harness Racing Victoria ("HRV"). The relevant section of the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 is section 2.5.19D
HRV invites interested parties to make application to it for the purpose of seeking consent to publish use or otherwise make available HRV's race fields.
